For the team at Redbrick, the morning of 5 May 2018 was an exciting one.
While Property Quotient was mainly known as Redbrick’s series of real estate seminars before, it is now a full-fledged media platform – known as propertyquotient.sg – that provides content and information related to Singapore real estate, personal finance and home ownership. Simply put, propertyquotient.sg is an expansion of the content that the Redbrick blog has been providing.
On top of that, we also launched the Property Quotient Renovation Guide – an 80+ paged handbook that is perfect for first time (as well as recurring) home owners who are about to embark on their renovation journey. The guide includes a pre-renovation do’s and don’ts, as well as a post-renovation checklist to ensure that nothing has been left behind.
In addition, we have you covered for the many considerations related to your renovations. From tiles and wallpapers, to furniture and even electrical appliances, this comprehensive guide would be able to help home owners make informed decisions when it comes to building their new home.
We believe that there’s no better way to starting your day than to have a good breakfast! At the same time, we had a photobooth where our guests could have their pictures taken.
Doors were opened at 09:30, and we began promptly at 09:45, where we introduced our first speaker, Stella Thng, the editor behind the Property Quotient Renovation Guide.
Our second speaker was Johann from Qanvast. Johann equipped our guests with essential renovation tips.
For those looking into beefing up their investment portfolios, we also invited Kek Wee from Unicorn Financial Solutions who spoke about the various seasons of investments and how you should base your investments – be it on the current season or on the season ahead.
Finally, Pam from GoBear wrapped up the morning for us with her sharing on how you could maximise the spending on your home with credit cards.
With that, it was the end of the seminar, but not before sending our guests off for lunch!
They also had the opportunity to speak to various partners and sponsors who had their booths set up for the event.
Once again, we’d like to express our sincere gratitude for all the clients, sponsors, partners and friends of Redbrick who made this event a successful one.
Check out our event highlights below, and we hope to see you at our next event!
